Bishop Nyaisonga sent these greetings December 20th 2018 in his office at Mpanda Diocese.
“ The meaning of Christmas includes life protection, peace to earth as Angels sung when Christ was born. As we celebrate Christmas and New Year 2019, we have to remind ourselves the birth of Jesus Christ that brings New Life.
We must celebrate with peace and joy while joining Angels singing and living peace among us, from family, within nations and the world. We have to say no to violence or any sort of hatred and envy as Herode did to Jesus,” he insisted.
While insisting protection of human life, Bishop Nyaisonga who is also the Bishop of Mpanda Diocese wanted high respect to environment which gives life to human beings.
He wanted Tanzanians to protect all water sources, stop cutting trees, doing agriculture in the forest, mountains, burn forests, fishing with poisons and contaminate lakes and rivers etc.
“With environmental issues like water contamination, pollution, and climate change, it’s natural to look for ways we can reverse the damage to our planet and keep our environment clean. Many of us think we’re too small to make a difference, but when enough of us take action, we shall see the positive results we can create.
Man needs clean water, good air and food so that his life can be better each day,” Bishop Nyaisonga said.

Air pollution is also caused by war activity, during development and testing of hardware, weapon systems and procedures, also during war operations and subsequent reconstruction, which need serious consideration to avoid gradual deterioration of the environment and in particular the quality and temperature of the air.
The world suffer of global warming because of increased temperatures world wide and effects of Air pollution are alarming.
